Sparkling Brut Blood Orange Mimosa Ingredients:

4 oz Fre Sparkling Brut
2 oz blood orange juice
Blood orange wheels, for garnish
Orange zest, sugar, and hot honey, for rim

First rim your glass by mixing the zest of one orange with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar on a shallow plate or bowl. Pour a few tablespoons of hot honey onto another plate or bowl and dip a large
wine glass into the honey, then the orange sugar mixture. Allow to sit upside down in the orange sugar mixture for a moment to set.

Turn glass over and place blood orange wheels in the glass with ice. Pour in blood orange juice then top with Fre Sparkling Brut, and enjoy!
