NY Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Whiskey Alternative
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Egg White
- ½ oz FRE Alcohol-Removed Cabernet Sauvignon
Directions:
- To make the drink, combine 2 oz of Whiskey Alternative, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Without adding ice, “dry shake” for at least 30 seconds.
- Open the shaker, add ice, close the shaker then shake for 10-12 seconds.
- Strain into a double rocks glass with a big piece of ice.
- Using the back of a bar spoon, float the FRE Alcohol-Removed Cabernet Sauvignon by slowly pouring on the back of the bar spoon so that the red wine goes to the side and floats just under the foam.
