Big Apple Sour
Ingredients:
- 3oz FRE Cabernet Sauvignon
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2oz Apple Juice
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
- Place two coupe glasses in the freezer to chill.
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 30-45 seconds.
- Add 1-2 cups of ice and shake to chill, another thirty seconds or so.
- Strain into chilled coupe glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
