Big Apple Sour

Ingredients:

  • 3oz FRE Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2oz Apple Juice
  • 0.5oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place two coupe glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Add 1-2 cups of ice and shake to chill, another thirty seconds or so.
  4. Strain into chilled coupe glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
