Devil’s Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila Alternative or
  • 2 oz Earl Grey Tea (6 oz boiling water and 1 Earl Grey Tea steeped for 6 mins)
  • ½ oz Agave Syrup
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz FRE Alcohol-Removed Red Blend
  • Salt for the rim and lime wheel for garnish

Directions:

  1. If using Earl Grey Tea, steep an Earl Grey tea bag in 6 oz of boiling water for 6 mins. Remove tea bag and let cool.
  2. To make the drink, combine 2 oz of Tequila Alternative or 2 oz of Earl Grey tea, agave syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Strain into a salt-rimmed short tumbler with ice.
  5. Using the back of a bar spoon, float the FRE Alcohol-Removed Red Blend by slowly pouring on the back of the bar spoon so that the red wine goes to the side and floats on top.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel.
