2oz FRE Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay
2oz apple juice
1oz lemon juice
Dash vanilla simple syrup (recipe follows)
Honey and cinnamon sugar, for rim
Apple slices and cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Vanilla Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup distilled water
1-2 vanilla bean pods

Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Open vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out beans into water. Add the pod to water as well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Strain and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Combine apple and lemon juice with FRE Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Rim your glass by dipping in the honey first, then cinnamon sugar mix. Fill glass with ice and strain drink into the rimmed glass. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
