Alcohol-Removed Big Apple Sour

Ingredients:
3oz FRE Cabernet Sauvignon
2 Egg Whites
2oz Apple Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Place two coupe glasses in the freezer to chill.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 30-45 seconds.
Add 1-2 cups of ice and shake to chill, another thirty seconds or so.
Strain into chilled coupe glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
