- 1 kiwi, quartered
- 1 ounce lemongrass syrup
- 5 ounces chardonnay
- Garnish: slice kiwi
Muddle the kiwi and lemongrass syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, then add 5 ounces Fre Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay. Fill shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall, ice-filled glass. Garnish with a slice of kiwi on the rim of the glass.
Lemongrass syrup: 5 stalks of lemon grass (found in herb section of gourmet grocery stores), 4 cups white granulated sugar, 2 cups water. Bring all to a boil, stirring constantly. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool. Store in a glass bottle for up to a month.
